We want you to be confident in every part you buy from Central Parts Australia.

Change of mind

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange, subject to a restocking fee and freight costs.

Faulty or incorrect parts

If a part is faulty, does not match its specification, or was supplied in error, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our warranty terms.

Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects. Warranty periods are confirmed at the time of sale.

Return process

Contact our team for a Return Authorisation before sending any item back. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
